Let’s talk about snacks. Am I the only one who gets hungry immediately when the clock strikes 4 PM? I swear, it has to be something biological. Like my body remembers having a snack every day after school when I was young and still today as an adult, it demands to be fed.
Like all kiddos, my girls are ready to enjoy a snack at any time of day. I swear, they could live on snacks. And I can’t say I don’t understand it.

She can’t keep her hands off her fave snack. It’s all about the berries, granola and coconut for my girl.
I love my yogurt with lemon and unsweetened coconut. Add a little drizzle of honey and it satisfies my sweet tooth without the guilt because I know I’m getting my calcium and protein.
The baby (I know, I have to stop calling her a baby, but I don’t think I ever will, so…) LOVES blueberries and granola. I swear, she could eat blueberries all day long.
