Happy Tuesday that feels like a Monday, friends! Did you have a good Labor Day weekend? I love long weekends, but I’m not going to lie – I might like the Tuesday after long weekends just as much. I thrive on a schedule and a routine makes me happy.
If you follow along on Instagram, you might have seen that my BFF and I (@kate.olson.reads) attended an awesome event with Page 1 Books in Evanston for an evening with blogger and author, Anne Bogel. As an avid reader since I was a little girl who fell in love with Wilbur and Charlotte, I was in heaven surrounded by bookworms and all of the wonderful bookish things. OK, onto today’s look.
Recently, I’ve been turning to Amazon Fashion more often for my style needs including fall fashion. Because for real: is there anything Amazon can’t do? If I can order my laundry detergent, dark chocolate and new favorite cardigan to transition to fall, I can’t think of anything better.
Now that it’s September, I totally want to break out all of my cozy sweaters, boots and jeans. (Wait. Let’s not kid ourselves. I wanted to do that in August, too. And July.)
But. It’s still pretty damn hot outside. In Chicago, the mornings and evenings are cooler, but during the day it can get super hot and humid. Enter: this transitional cardigan. It also comes in navy, which would be super cute with my favorite distressed mom jeans. I’m wearing XS – if you’re in between sizes, I would size down.
