I was emotionally drained this weekend and tried to take care of my mental state more than I normally do. I hope you were able to do the same. Working out always helps to boost my mood and get me back on track, and nothing is more motivating than a new activewear set or some new gear. If you’re finding yourself in a slump too, treat yourself to something new and get moving!
