THE CHARITY
A few days ago, my middle girl was crying about having to wear her sister’s (like new) winter boots from last year. She wanted brand new boots. While I totally understood her not wanting hand me downs, I cringed inside.
I’ve just discovered Soles4Souls, which a charity that provides shoes to youth in need. We are planning on rounding up all of our used shoes that no longer fit and sending them FOR FREE with Zappos. This is a no-brainer and an easy way to help.
Oh. And my girl will still be wearing her big sister’s boots from last year. FYI. 😉
THE BROW SAVER
If you over-plucked your brows in 2006 and have been struggling with them ever since, I HIGHLY recommend this brow serum. I started using it this summer and I can’t tell you how much it’s saved my brows. I was seriously considering microblading, but not anymore. They’re back, baby.
