Happy Monday! I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend.
Ours was filled with birthday parties and a lot of family time. Annnnnd, now I have jury duty. So. Hmm. Ugh.
I shot this look with my photographer (Melissa from Iron + Honey if you’re in the area and need one – she’s amazing) and knew I had to share it soon, since *fingers crossed* the temps are going to be kinder to us soon. But, while we’re in the 40s + 50s, this lightweight sweater dress is perfect.
OK, off to fulfill my civic duty. (Also – last night I told my 4 year old that I have jury duty today and she started laughing because she thought it was funny that I was talking to her about poop.)
Thanks for stopping by!

I ordered this sweater dress from Amazon a few weeks ago, and truthfully I wasn’t sure I was going to like it. I mean, sweater dresses can be really cute or really not. And since this one is only $39, I didn’t have high hopes. I put it on and you guys – I love it! I’m a sucker for neutrals, so I decided to go with this pale heather color. I’m wearing small and it covers the bump, so I would say it might run a teeny bit big, but I would order your regular size.
I knew if I was going to wear this sweater dress, I was going to need some good shapewear. (Let’s just say that there’s bumps were there didn’t used to be, and not just the baby.) I found this maternity shapewear panty and I’m so impressed! Again, I wasn’t sure good shapewear could be inexpensive, but apparently I was wrong. If you’re pregnant and you wear dresses to work, these are a must. I love that they cover the belly, too. They make everything feel held in place, in a good way.
Remember these twist mules from my last Shein review? They’re a fun addition to your closet and you definitely can’t beat the price. I’ll be wearing them a lot, since I don’t really wear heels when I’m pregnant.
I have this moto jacket in 3 colors (slightly different styles, but same brand) and they’re hands down the most worn jackets in my closet. I love throwing a moto jacket on over pretty much any look to add some edge. My exact jacket is from 2 years ago, but here is this year’s version.
