Hi, sweet friends! It’s been quiet around here because The Mister and I went on a quick vacation to Laguna Beach. It wasn’t the best timing – our girls started school today and we got back last night. So, of course I missed all of the meetings and conferences leading up to the first day. Oops. (Sending my mom a HUGE thanks for holding the fort down while we were gone!) Thankfully, everything went off without a hitch this morning. Phew! Here’s a round up of what I wore on vacation. Also, if you haven’t been to Laguna Beach, I highly recommend it! We stayed at the Ritz- it was right on the beach and has spectacular views.

This Sweaty Betty pullover continues to be one of my favorite of all time pieces! I’m going to order it in navy, too. I’m wearing small.
Maybe my favorite look of the entire round up! This dress is SO easy and feels chic and comfy. It’s crochet and while it does have little holes, you can’t really see through it. I’m wearing a small – I feel like it was a tad big and I think XS would have been better. So, if you’re in between sizes, I would size down.
This look totally deserves to be on a yacht somewhere, right? The beach could get chilly, so my new Pistola sweater pullover was the perfect layer to bring with me anywhere we went. It’s almost sold out, but there are a few sizes left. It’s oversized and slouchy and just perfect. I have it in XS.
We are totally worked after a beachside run. Phew.
How pretty is this Veronica Beard dress?? It’s even prettier in person. The fit is gorgeous – I love the ruching around the waist and booty. It’s super flattering. It’s expensive, but if you have a fancy event or wedding this fall and want a dress you’ll wear again and again, this is it. I’m wearing size 2.
Give me all the inner peace! This sweatshirt is crazy soft and it’s almost sold out. I’m wearing small. It runs small and is slightly cropped.
This is what I wore for adventuring on the beach and in the waves! Granted, the wave adventures were unplanned, but it worked out. These are my favorite bike shorts and this tee is a new find! I love how breathable it is and that it’s slightly cropped. It pairs so well with high rise bike shorts or leggings. I’m wearing size 4.
This was my first time wearing this sweet little dress! It feels girly and so cute on. It’s currently on major sale and there are a few sizes left! I’m wearing XS. I’ve also linked similar dresses by Saylor below.
