Bump Style: Maternity Workwear

June 5, 2019

(This post contains affiliated links.)

Happy Wednesday, sweet friends!

I’ve gotten some requests for maternity workwear, and I’m so excited to bring you today’s post! When the nice people at Isabella Oliver asked if I wanted to choose a dress from their summer line, I jumped at the chance. (One look at their selection and you’ll fall in love, too.)

It wasn’t easy to choose a favorite, but when I saw this gorgeous polka dot shirt dress, I had to have it. Not only does it immediately conjure up memories of THE Pretty Woman polo match dress (you know the one), but it looks effortlessly stylish, which is a look I’m always going for.

AND, it has functional buttons, which every pregnant mama knows is like a gold mine for maternity dresses. Why? Because I’ll be able to wear it post-babe, too, and easily nurse him in it. Yay.

Oh, and did I mention it’s currently on SALE?? Sharing more Isabella Oliver sale favorites in the post, too.

If you’re pregnant this summer and have been searching for quality, stylish and easy maternity workwear pieces, I truly hope today’s post helps you.

Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any other post requests! I’m all ears. Thank you for stopping by!

XO

I absolutely LOVE the fit of this dress! The fabric is lightweight crepe, so it’s great for even hot summer days. It hangs nicely and doesn’t cling. It’s just super easy, which is priority when I’m pregnant. Oooh, and it’s machine washable! Bonus.

The buttons are fully functional, so it will be great for nursing, too. I suggest getting your regular size so you’re able to wear it post-babe, too.

The tie is adjustable and you can wear it on the side or in the middle. I tend to like it more off to the side.

HI! I’M SUZANNE…

Full of faith + a lot of coffee. Wife to an awesome guy. Mama to two sweet girls + a Yorkie boy. After working in fashion for almost a decade, I am now a stay at home mom. I spend way too much time thinking about that chocolate in the pantry + those new heels in my closet. I hope you enjoy my take on all things sweet.
