A Versatile Striped Dress: 3 Ways

Happy Monday! 

This is going to be short and sweet because yesterday I came down with some sort of cold/flu situation, and since I’m hosting Thanksgiving in a few days, I need to KICK IT TO THE CURB. (Any tried and true remedies?? Now accepting all recommendations…)

I ordered this versatile striped dress from Amazon a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t wait to share it with you. You guys. It’s easily one of my most FAVORITE purchases of this year. (And if you’re like my husband, you will make a comment that there’s been a lot of them.)

I wasn’t sure how it was going to fit because honestly, it could go either way. I knew I was either going to love it or hate it. Turns out it’s one of the most flattering dresses I have. The fabric is thick and has a bit of stretch, so it hugs the curves in all the right places. And the stripes are placed perfectly to slim the waist. 

I’m wearing a small, so I would say it’s true to size. If you’re in between sizes, I would size up.

OK, I guess that wasn’t so short or sweet. Oops.

STRIPED DRES: MOTO CHIC

I’ve shared my love for this moto jacket many times on here before, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. It’s less than $100, comes in 3 colors and every time it’s restocked, it sells out. 

My OTK boots are on sale! If you aren’t so sure about this trend, these are for you. They’re less than $100 and dupes of this cult favorite. I love that they’re stretchy, so there’s no need to pull them up constantly.

My bag has been a go-to of mine for a long time. It’s got that Chanel feel, without the Chanel price tag. I’m linking the darker gray color, since mine is old.

STRIPED DRESS: HOLIDAY PARTY

This look is perfect for a holiday party! 

I added one of my splurges of this year, my Gucci belt. I’ve gotten some questions asking if the belt is “worth it.” To which I will always say…no. But, it sure is chic.

I have high maintenance feet, and I can actually wear these heels for a couple of hours. The block heel makes them more comfortable than a regular heel.

Sachin & Babin sent me these hoops and I LOVE THEM and I can’t wear them enough. My leopard clutch is sold out, but here is a similar clutch for less than $40.

It’s hard to pick a favorite, but this is probably it. 

I’ve been wearing this cable knit sweater as much as possible. It comes in 5 colors and is less than $80. I’m wearing XS, but if when I order another color, I’d size up. 

These booties were one of the top sellers of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and now they’re on sale again. They come in 3 colors. I’m wearing them in Greystone Suede.

This adorable little velvet bag from J.Crew was a hit last year and now it’s back. You can carry it for both day and night, and it also comes in black. I love it.
