“When it snows, you have two choices: shovel or make snow angels.” -Unknown
Happy Friday, sweet friends!
Well, you guys. It’s snowing.
I’m not going to lie. My first thought was: DAMN. Immediately, I started yearning for summer and warm days and sunshine. In my mind, I started counting down to our family beach trip early next year.
And without even realizing it, I started wishing away time.
So, I stopped myself. Why on Earth would I wish today away? Why am I focusing on somewhere else, some other time, last summer, next summer, when there is SO much good in TODAY?
I always lament how fast time goes, especially when marked by my sweet girls’ milestones and new discoveries.
How foolish, then, is it for me to hit the mental fast forward button, all because of dropping temps and falling snow?

I might or might not be placing my second Bloomingdale’s Private Sale order today. (I am. Just in case that was confusing.) Here’s what I ordered the first time around:
SEE?? Ugly chic. And SOOOOOO cozy.
My $29 reversible blanket scarf from last year has been restocked! It’s so versatile and will DEF sell out again, so scoop it up!
