Happy Thursday! You know those weeks when you never know what day it is? All day yesterday I thought it was Thursday and today feels like Friday. But it’s not.
Sometimes I feel guilty.
Being a style blogger is the best paying gig I’ve ever had. I LOVE it. It fuels my creativity. I brainstorm blog post ideas throughout the day and it makes being a “stay at home mama” more palatable for me.
I feel guilty constantly sharing things that you “need” or a new “must-have” to add to your closet.
I try to avoid (as much as I can) conveying the message that you need to buy more and more and more in order to be happy with yourself or to look chic. Because here’s breaking news: YOU DON’T.
And even more, not only do you NOT need new clothes to be happy, but that new striped tee won’t make you happy. It’s not breaking news, I know. But, I think it’s worth reminding you.
This is why I’ve been trying to share more outfit ideas posts with you. So you might be able to get some new ideas of how to style that striped tee in your closet.
Thank you for all of your support, sweet friends. It means the world to me.

Chances are I will recreate this look at least 5 times this fall. Ballpark figure.
This suede skirt might be one of the biggest reasons I can’t wait for fall. (Well, this skirt and pumpkin everything. Duh.) I LOVE this skirt.
Stripes get dressed up. Workwear to wine night, this look can do it all. (Also. Don’t be afraid of the pleats. These trousers are chic. I promise.)
#momlife at its best. I LIVE in this look. Oh, and don’t forget that camo is a neutral. You can wear it with anything.
Keep it simple. And then add a chic backpack. (Is “chic backpack”an oxymoron?)
White denim ALLLLLLL year round.
