Guess what? It’s here! The season of outdoor parties and weddings and bridal showers and Mother’s Day brunches and staring into your closet and having no idea what to wear to any of it. Am I right? (Yes.)

Macy’s is quickly becoming my go-to for pretty spring dresses, and if you haven’t yet checked out kensie, which is a new brand in their dress department, you need to check them out. 

As soon as I saw this little kensie number, I knew I had to have it and couldn’t wait to have somewhere to wear it. If you’re looking for a feminine dress that makes you want to twirl, this is it. (My three year old said she can’t wait to grow up and wear my dress. I blame the high twirl factor.) 

I’m wearing a size 2 and it fits perfectly. No tailoring needed, which is a major bonus. And when the dress is this pretty, I keep accessories to a minimum and let the dress do all the talking. I LOVE this shade of light pink so much, I chose nude heels so they wouldn’t compete and this handbag is the perfect neutral for any look.
