Celebrating My 2 Year Blogiversary (+ A Pretty Dress)

Happy Monday, sweet friends! Guess what? Today is pretty special around these parts. We’re celebrating 2 years of My Kind Of Sweet, the blogiversary. (How can that even be??) 

And, no, I don’t have a mouse in my pocket. I say ‘we’ because…well, this little blog is a family affair. You see those sweet faces in that photo? They’re my tribe. 

I started this blog because I wanted to be able to share my thoughts on motherhood and my little day to day stories of bringing up my little ones. And, if you’ll remember, I was battling postpartum anxiety and needed to get creative. It has grown into something more than I ever could have dreamed. 

To my husband: THANK YOU. Thank you for supporting my crazy dreams, letting me take over a room in our home to convert it to my office and for not raising an eyebrow every time a box shows up on our doorstep. Thank you for chasing the shade and finding my best angle. And most of all, thank you for loving me every step of the way. 

To my girls: This is all for you. You are the sweet in my every day. Thank you for teaching me about true love and giving me the very best title in all the world. 

To you, my readers: I can’t say thank you enough. You have cheered me on and built me up. Thank you for visiting my space in this big world and coming back time and time again. You rock. 

OK, I think I’m done being sappy (for now). I thought it’d be fun to look back. I hope you enjoy the walk down memory lane…
