Well you guys, last week was a crazy one. The Mister and I got hit with Norovirus and were down for the count for a few days. (More about that in my upcoming pregnancy update…for today let’s just talk about bump style, k?)
Let me tell you, after 4 days of fighting that bug, cabin fever was at an all time high in this house. For Christmas we gave my mom tickets to Hamilton for Saturday and we were all SUPER bummed when we thought we were going to have to miss it.
Well, thankfully we were well enough by Saturday to go. And WOW, I’m so glad we didn’t miss it. Incredible. If you have the chance to go, do it.
Since I’m at the end of pregnancy and almost nothing fits (except those good ol’ leggings and maternity jeans), I went a little more casual than I would have had I not been with child. But OH MY GOODNESS, thank God for this cardigan. It covers all the spots it should and still fits well, so I didn’t feel frumpy. (If it looks familiar, it’s because I included it in my Hospital Bag Essentials post here!)
And, because it was 60 degrees out and totally felt like spring, I went with this handbag. Because it’s PINK and that just makes me happy.
(Speaking of pink handbags, I’ve included a widget at the bottom of the post of the best ones out there…and they’re not all hard on the wallet!)
Ok, coffee time. Here’s to an easier week than the last one…
XO
(Ps – And to all who marched on Saturday – YOU ROCK. Thank you, from this woman.)
