Hi! We’re midway through the month and fall is knocking on the door (and yes, I’m still wondering how that’s even possible), so it’s high time I share 9 looks to recreate this August.
August in the midwest is crazy – the mornings can be a little cooler, but the days are still hot hot hot. We’re looking at 90’s this weekend. Phew.

If you think overalls are over, think again! I LOVE a good overall. They feel comfy and cool and take me back to the 90’s. Please, though, fasten both straps. Lol.
This puff sleeve top was a best seller last spring and fall – what can I say? You guys have great taste. The quality is top notch and the fabric is a bit thicker than a regular tee. I’ll be pairing it with my favorite cut offs, too. I’m wearing small.
My striped red dress is back in stock! I’m telling you – you might not think horizontal stripes are flattering, but THEY ARE, especially on this little number. It would look so cute with a denim jacket thrown over your shoulders for an August date night.
