THE ART OF STOPPING TIME

I’m not sure if it’s because I’m in my 40’s or if it’s motherhood or both, but lately the passage of time is really freaking me out. For me, quitting alcohol is so much about attempting to slow it all down. I picked up this book last year at Miraval and I’m finally getting to it. It’s a 100 day journey – it sounds like a lot, but it takes 5 minutes in the morning and is such a simple way to change how I look at my life and time. I’m loving it.

I’ve shared my favorite long torso (and regular torso!) swimsuit many times before, but I’m not going to stop because it’s that good. It’s on sale and in stock in most sizes. I also linked the solid colors below.
