7 Month At Home Postpartum Fitness Update

Hi, sweet friends. We are slowly falling into a new postpartum fitness routine over here. Each day, I make sure to work out. Partly because I still have those pesky 7 pounds that won’t budge, but mostly because it is keeping me sane throughout this whole thing.

I can totally tell that on the days I don’t workout, I’m more irritable and my mood is just off. Sweating helps everything.

I shared my 5 Month Postpartum Fitness Update here, but I wanted to share another one now that all of my workouts are at home…

MY AT HOME POSTPARTUM FITNESS ROUTINE

I'm sharing my postpartum fitness routine of at home workouts including Peloton, yoga, HIIT cardio, and running.

If you’ve been around here for awhile, you know how much I’ve loved my Shred415 workouts. They helped me get back into shape after my second baby, and I’ve been a thrice a week dedicated shredder for years. Now that I can’t Shred, I knew I needed to find an at-home replacement.

Enter: Peloton Bootcamps.

Let me back up, though. I shared my love for the Peloton App workouts in my last fitness update here. You don’t need to have a Peloton bike to get the app, and there are SO many awesome workouts in the app. (No, this isn’t sponsored. I just really love this app.)

They have running, cardio, bootcamps, strength, yoga, cycling and more. The best part? You can try it for FREE for 90 days! Do it. For real.

Here’s my current fitness routine. You’ll see I’ve been running a lot lately. For one, running has always been a way to clear my mind and relax. Also, it’s a damn good way to lose my postpartum weight.

  • MONDAY | Peloton Bootcamp (Jess Sims is my favorite.)
  • TUESDAY | endurance or tempo run (Becs Gentry has the best longer runs.)
  • WEDNESDAY | intervals or HIIT run + yoga (Olivia Amato is my go-to for this.)
  • THURSDAY | Peloton Bootcamp
  • FRIDAY | fun run (Olivia has good fun runs.)
  • SATURDAY | Peloton Bootcamp
  • SUNDAY | outdoor walk + yoga

Since I’ve been running on the treadmill a lot, yoga and stretching have become even more important than ever.
