GINGER LEMON FIZZ
Perfect for warm spring days on the patio.
Ginger Lemon Fizz Ingredients
- Ice
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Ginger ale (I use Canada Dry’s Ginger Ale + Lemonade)
- Sparkling water
*no ethanol needed*
GRAPEFRUIT ROSEMARY MOCKTAIL
Rosemary simple syrup gives this mocktail the perfect twist.
Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 sprigs Rosemary
Boil sugar and water until sugar dissolves (about 5 minutes)
Take off heat
Add 2-3 sprigs of Rosemary and remove when cooled
Grapefruit Rosemary Mocktail Ingredients
- Ice
- Juice of grapefruit
- Rosemary simple syrup
- sparkling water

THE SOBERITA
I feel like I need to trademark that name, no?
I made this mocktail while we were on vacation in Florida. I wanted something festive, salty and sweet. This totally hit the spot.
The Soberita Ingredients
- Ice
- Salt on lime – squeezed
- Fresca
- Lime sparkling water
*no ethanol needed*
RASPBERRY ITALIAN CREME SODA
If you’re battling your sweet tooth in early sobriety, you have to try this. So yummy and such a good treat.
Raspberry Simple Syrup
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup raspberries
Boil sugar and water until sugar dissolves (about 5 minutes)
Take off heat
Add raspberries and mash with potato masher
Let steep for an hour
Strain into a glass container so you catch most of the skin and seeds
Raspberry Italian Cream Soda
- Ice
- Raspberry simple syrup
- Plain sparkling water
- Top with heavy whipping cream (or half and half if you want it lighter)

ORANGE FIRE
If you like it spicy (raises hand), this is for you.
- Ice
- JUST Bubbles Valencia Orange sparkling water
- 3 slices of jalapeno (muddled)
- Juice of 1/2 orange
