I know I don’t normally post on Tuesday, but not only is nothing normal around here these days, but here’s a HUGE baby sale going on through the end of the month and I need to tell you about it!
Walmart’s semi-annual Best Of Baby sale is going on all September, and it’s the perfect time to scoop up items you’ve had on your list, or those registry items that you didn’t receive. You guys, the prices rival Black Friday prices. They’re that good.
I’ve received a lot of messages from you saying you’re either due soon or you have a newborn babe at home, too, so I wanted to share our newborn must-haves.
Overall, you don’t need a whole lot during these first three months. BUT, there are a few products that help make your life easier and help make you sweet babe content.

I’ve shared my love for this swing before and I’m not going to stop. My little guy LOVES this thing. If he’s fussy or uncomfortable (ie: he has to poop and can’t quite make it happen), I pop him in the swing, turn it on the low setting and he’s good to go.

You know what I forgot about the newborn days? So. Much. Poop. Especially if you’re breastfeeding. I’ve tried a few diaper pails, and the Munchkin Diaper Pail is by far my favorite. It’s easy to use and really works to mask those dirty diapers. (Make sure to order the refills at the same time, too.)
Diapers, diapers, diapers. You might want to file this under DUH, but I swear, with each baby I’m so surprised how many diapers we go through in these early newborn days.
