As promised, here are my current favorite sobriety podcasts! This list is ever-changing, but these are the ones that are currently my favorite.
MY CURRENT FAVORITE SOBRIETY PODCASTS
SOBER POWERED PODCAST | After years of rationalizing why her drinking wasn’t that bad, Gill reached her breaking point. With her background in biochemistry, she set out on a quest to understand why some of us struggle with addiction and others don’t. Gill uses science, psychology, and compassion to help you understand why you struggle to moderate, why it’s so hard to quit drinking, and how to develop the coping skills you need to stay sober.
THE HELLO SOMEDAY PODCAST FOR SOBER CURIOUS WOMEN | Another favorite podcast guest! Casey’s approach to sobriety is refreshing and a breath of fresh air in a space that can be overwhelmed by AA talk. Each week Casey, an ex-red wine girl turned sober coach, will bring you the tools, lessons and conversations you need to navigate our drinking obsessed culture without a buzz.
THE SOBER MOM LIFE PODCAST I mean, this is like the equivalent of voting for yourself or liking your own posts, right? I would/do both of those things, soooooo… 🙂 Sure, I can’t really stand listening to myself, but I love my guests and the moms who volunteer their stories as a part of The Real Sober Mom Chats series.
THE ADDICTED MIND PODCAST | The Addicted Mind Podcast is about understanding addiction from a research and treatment perspective. Duane dives into what drives the addictive process, explore the latest research on addiction, and talk about the latest addiction treatment options.
F*CKING SOBER: THE FIRST 90 DAYS | A semi-comedic mostly nonfictional 8-episode narrative podcast about the first 90 days of getting f*cking sober. Such a fun departure from the regular sobriety podcasts.
