Hi, sweet friends. I recently reached out to you over on my Instagram Stories asking for outfits you’d like me to style, and by far the most requested was casual (yet stylish!) work from home outfit ideas.
Well, since casual is my JAM, so I’m excited to partner with Nordstrom to bring you today’s post: 3 work from home looks from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!
In case you haven’t shopped the sale yet or aren’t sure what it’s all about (is that even possible?!), it truly is the best sale of the year. Fall merchandise is discounted BEFORE it hits the floor, which means this definitely isn’t your normal sale. Prices go back up on August 31st.
ZOOM CALL READY
Zoom calls are so awkward, we might as well take advantage of being able to be casual in our leggings while we’re trying to figure out how to mute our microphones.
These Spanx faux leather leggings have been a fall and winter staple for me for a few years. They are high waisted and hold everything in in all the right places, without making me feel like I can’t breathe. They’re low in stock, but these Topshop leather leggings are very similar and on sale for less than $30!
Each year, I try to focus on closet staples that I will be able to wear for years to come. This striped tee was a sale find a few years ago and has been on repeat ever since. The striped tee is low stock, but there are other colors available!
COZY COMPUTER SESH ON THE COUCH
Let’s be honest, this is my typical work from home outfit. Cozy is my love language, and this Vince cable knit sweater and joggers are just perfect. The exact sweater is sold out, but this similar style is available and on sale. My exact joggers are also sold out, but these joggers are very similar and in stock.
I couldn’t share a cozy at home look without including a Barefoot Dreams piece!
TAKE IT OUTSIDE
The bonus of working from home? (I mean other than having coffee at your fingertips all day long.) Being able to work outside. Sometimes after working inside for too long, I start feeling cooped up, especially lately. Grabbing my computer and working from our patio instantly lifts my spirits.
I have a few of these Rails plaid shirts in my closet. I wear them in the summer with my favorite cut offs, and pair them with my mom jeans in the fall. They’re also nursing-friendly, which is a nice little bonus. I’m wearing small.
I love a good pair of distressed denim and there are so many cute options this year.
STILL IN STOCK!
