Who else is planning a summer party?? After the solitude of last year, I’m looking forward to dining and connecting with friends again. I consider myself an introvert, but there’s just something about having a small group of close friends over. It feeds my soul and I miss it SO much.
The fun for me starts with planning the party. I just love getting our home ready, setting the table and creating the vibe. This summer, my dinner parties will be all about capturing the ease and cheer of summer, and Walmart’s sunny tableware is just perfect…
Inside my home, I tend to keep it more neutral. But outside? I love playing with summer colors for a festive, fun environment.
These dishes are amazing quality and I can’t believe the price. $31 for the entire set!
Doesn’t that iced tea look delish? A glass pitcher screams summer and we’ll be using this one over and over all season. These striped tumblers are unbreakable (read: kid-friendly!), which is a must.
Don’t forget the throw pillows! They instantly create warmth in a space and make it so cozy and inviting.
