Mastitis sucks, right? I’ve been hit with it 3 times with Evy and once with Harper and if you’ve never had it, count your sweet stars because WHOA.
The last time I had it, I reached out to my mama tribe for some home remedies and some ideas to help prevent it. And as always, they came through. I’m sharing them at the bottom of the post in case you’ve found yourself with that dreaded red mark and a fever that makes you want to curl up into a ball and cry. (Like I said: WHOA.)
OK, now to something way more fun: mom jeans.
I know. They’re dorky, right?
Welllllll…. Hear me out for a second.
I’m not talking about this kind of Mom jeans. Because YES, those are dorky and unflattering and should not see the light of day ever again.
The updated version of this 90’s trend is more flattering, comfortable and dare I say: chic. The high rise is a postpartum mama’s best friend and a welcome departure from the thong-exposing, muffin top-creating low rise jeans of the early 2000’s.
