I’m not into dressing too themey or costumey when it comes to holidays. (Unless it’s Halloween. Then, game on.) I like to take what I already have in my closet and make it work. So, here’s my take on a fashionable yet patriotic 4th of July. Also, in case you missed it and need some last minute outfit inspo, check out this post from last week.
And ps: thank you to everyone for the sweet comments about my hair! This is the shortest it’s been in years (probably when I looked like a boy in 6th grade) and surprisingly, I’m not freaking out and I’m enjoying it 🙂
Top: Gap (sold out), similar here and here // Skirt: J Crew Factory Flared Skirt // Shoes: Sole Society (old), similar here (for $45!) // Handbag: Botkier Satchel (this color sold out, different colors here and here // Necklace: Accessory Concierge Gold Monogram Necklace // Bracelet: J Crew Factory Gold Link Bracelet // Watch: Men’s Vintage Rolex, similar here

The red shoes are the perfect pop! The white skirt wouldn’t last 5 minutes on me, but it’s adorable!
Ha! True, kids and white typically don’t mix 🙂
Absolutely love this patriotic look!

Thank you, Alecia! xo
